Training with us follows a very simple plan. We focus on “foundational skills” so that you can enjoy a lifetime of cycling.
Things like pedal dynamics, position, gear usage, resource management, hydration, nutrition and handling skills.
Whether you are just getting started, returning to cycling or planning a long ride/cycling adventure – we can work with you to help you find your best ride.
When we ride, the bike is the transmission and we are the motor.
When we go ride, we rely on the fitness and skills that we have to perform.
To improve our performance, we need to build our fitness and practice our skills.
Muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance are the major fitness components that we focus on in our programs.
Indoor training focuses on skills like cardio-respiratory strength, power, positioning and pedal dynamics.
Outdoor training focuses on building endurance, starting/stopping, cornering, gear selection, pedal dynamics, positioning, hydration and fueling.
