Training Series participants out on a Graduated Distance Ride
My husband and I just completed Mike’s training and finished the 100 miles in Wichita Falls. I highly recommend this training to anyone interested in improving your cycling abilities. Mike focuses on safety first and that’s very important to us. His approach to managing heart rate allows any cyclist to complete long rides without being exhausted at the end. I can’t wait to the next one!
I really enjoyed this event. The excitement was awesome and I can’t wait until next year!
Thanks to Mike, I did 102.63 miles for the Hotter than Hell Hundred this year without any problems! His training and support is worth every dime and every minute…and it made a world of difference. I wasn’t able to keep up with the fast folks, but I still made it to Hell’s Gate, and even made it through the 70 mile mental slush…”what the heck am I doing!” My next goal is to learn to ride faster!
Thanks to Mike, Mark, and all his wonderful staff for such a great experience! Looking forward to the next round!
