Come ride with me. During the winter months, my Winter Training Series offers a regular schedule of indoor cycling rides. These rides are choreographed to music and blend different tempos for an invigorating experience. Come try one of our Indoor Rides and see why so many people train with us year after year.
In 2017, we’re adding a NEW Strength Based Protocol to our standard Heart Rate Based Protocol that we have used since 2000.
PLUS, coming in January 2018, we’ll have new equipment offering a new option for our clients on Smart Trainers that automatically set the resistance levels for you – based upon YOUR fitness.
