Training with us follows a very simple plan. We focus on “foundational skills” so that you can enjoy a lifetime of cycling.
Things like pedal dynamics, position, gear usage, resource management, hydration, nutrition and handling skills.
Whether you are just getting started, returning to cycling or planning a long ride/cycling adventure – we can work with you to help you find your best ride.
- You can Learn from us in clinics – where we sit and talk about cycling OR by purchasing one of our book OR watching one of our videos
- You can Train (improve your fitness and technique) with us during the winter months, to prepare for the Hotter ‘N Hell Hundred, or on an individual basis
- You can Ride with us – at an area ride or on one of our cycling adventures
